It’s the first weekend of August which means it’s time to take a look at what’s been happening in real estate. It’s still a fast paced market with homes moving quickly. Sellers will definitely benefit and get the best price now. Here are some of the stats in the last 30 days for the Greece housing market:
121 homes were listed with an average list price of 130k (less than last month!)
Of homes listed since July 1st, 37 homes were listed as “under contract”. Median sale price was 125k (same median price as last month). Average days on the market in Greece is only 5 days! Since last month, 94 homes were recorded as sold (more than last month) with an average sale price of 115k. 100% of homes on average have received their asking price. Incredible! Of course some homes went for over asking and some went a little under asking price but for the most part, people received their price and so will you!
